This begins after your first 7 day stay.

Some informations you have to know :
- Cleaning fee is 60 euros for a 7 days stay ( minimum).
Cleaning fee is included for 1-6 nights.
You have to let us the studio clean especially the kitchen place
( if not, we should have to charge you 30 euros extra). - We like animals but they are allowed in our studios.
